Welcome to The Fluffy Alpaca

The Fluffy Alpaca is a small farm located in beautiful rural Maryland. We have a small herd of huacaya alpacas, and a llama, and keep a flock of Serama chickens. Our alpacas are carefully chosen for their excellent fiber characteristics. Each one produces a top notch fleece, ideal for a variety of crafting—from spinning and felting to crocheting and knitting.

The chickens in our breeding flock are chosen for breed conformation, variety of color and feather type, and gentle temperament. We want to enhance the breed while also providing you with the best hatching eggs we can produce.

Our shop is filled with goods made here on the farm, as well as a curated collection of alpaca clothing and gifts. If you want something that’s not listed, drop me a line and we can discuss.
